Ujaq Quli, the son of Muhammad Riza Nahandi Mavaziʻkhan (on behalf of himself and with power of attorney from his two brothers, Asad Allah and Dashtamur), Gharib Shah Karbalayi Shah Nazar (son of Kurd ʻAli and the guardian of Muhammad Riza's sons, Faraj Allah and Aqa Sayyid), and Badr al-Nisa’ (Muhammad Riza's wife, on behalf of herself and her two daughters, Gul Pari and Gawhar), transfer a farm known as Basit in the village of Nahand to Mirza Abu Muhammad the Sheriff of Tabriz (son of Mirza Muhammad Zaman) in exchange for twenty tumans. Letter to Nuzhat al-Dawlah regarding her properties
The writer suggests sowing the piece of land in the Sis village instead of building a house and discusses: sending flour, sowing barley, distributing wheat among the peasants, hiring a new gardener for the village of Yangajah, the stipends for the stewards and other workers, the issue about Hamzah, the petition by Turkman peasants and helping the poor, the delivery of the flour and the situation with Haji ‘Ali Ghulamluyi, the peasants' requests for wheat, and the request by the writer's brother, Najafquli.

Settlement of Shahzadah Khanum and Khvajah Nazar, 1854
Settlement between Shahzadah Khanum, Fath‘ali Khan's mother, with Khvajah Nazar, the Christian merchant, regarding the villages of Bilvirdi and Yangajah in the Bidustan region and all their attached land and water creeks, which will belong to Shahzadah Khanum in exchange for three thousand tumans. According to the note on verso, the contract was registered at the Embassy office in Tabriz and was written by Mirza Muhsin Amin Shuraka’, the chronicler, on August 11, 1854.

Settlement of Nizam al-Dawlah and Lutf‘ali Khan Nasir al-Sultan, 1902
Lutf‘ali Khan Nasir al-Sultan has claimed that his share of inheritance from Haj Fath‘ali Khan Biglarbaygi and Hajiyah Shahzadah Khanum, Biglarbaygi's mother, is in the possession of Haj Nizam al-Dawlah. To resolve the dispute, they have settled the following properties: Bilvirdi village in the Bidustan district and four-sixths of Hilan village in the Qarajah Dagh district.

Dividing the inheritance of Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters, 1874
Sa‘id al-Mulk's landed properties are divided among his three daughters, who have inherited them. Husaynquli Khan and Mirza Salih Khan represent their wives (Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters) and Shahzadah Khanum represents Nusrat al-Dawlah, who is the guardian of the underage Zinat Taj Khanum. The document lists the properties and shares of each party; part of the shared property remained undivided for everyone's benefit.
